DJ CHOON grew up with a musical background as both parents were professional musicians so learned about music from a very early age. From around age of 15 he found the rave scene and has not looked back.
This 90s raver was clubbing 3 nights a week at events which include Dizstruxshon, BYO, Uprising, Pleasure Dome and his love for Techno and Hard Trance has never gone away.....
DJ CHOON is currently hosting 2 radio shows a week. The first is TECHNO PULSE RADIO which is available on Technoconnection.com every Saturday evening from 7-10PM UK TIME.
The second is called TECHESCAPE which plays Tech house and is aired every Monday 6-8pm on Mayhem Live. This can be heard on Tunein Radio or Mayhem4life.uk or Spotify.....

Mase has been Dj’ing on and off for over a decade. He’s played under many different names over the years and dabbled in most genres of dance music but keeps returning to his signature sound of deep & tech house
With a fluid mixing style, he loves to use loops & fx to create fluid transitions and has a reputation for being a real crowd pleaser and being able to keep any dance floor on their toes. He has been lucky enough to play in various clubs & bars up and down the country including Cafe De Paris, Turnmills, Matter & The Opera House.
In recent years he has been found playing at some of the UK’s biggest car shows including sets at Modified Nationals & Ultimate Street Car. He currently holds residencies for 2 of the biggest car show brands in the country and has many exciting shows planned for 2020.
Mase had loads over the years as his musical taste has changed. He first started playing a lot of hard house and got a massive amount of inspiration from a chance encounter with the Tidy Boys at a music festival in 2003. Over time his taste has calmed and now focuses around tech house with recent inspiration coming from the likes of Hannah Wants, Mark Knight and the amazing artists coming out of the ‘Toolroom’ & ‘Our Etiquette’ record labels.
“Capable of Cynista And Dangerous Acts”
Over the past 2 years Cynista has now established himself as a Multi Genre DJ playing styles such as Techno, Drum n Bass, Freeform Hardcore and Old Skool Rave.
Cynista’s background is one of producing and MC’ing, attending parties up and down the country. He has MC’d at many different venues including “Reality” in Newcastle Under Lyme, “Helter Skelter” in Milton Keynes, “Die Hard” in Leicester and “Liberation” in Nottingham. Cynista would bring the energy with the MC’ing by being actually in the crowd and being part of the atmosphere and keep the party rocking!!
In the past few years Cynista decided that to push his career further he needed to DJ and in such as a short time he has achieved so much and is planning to take it as far has he possibly can in all the music styles he is so passionate about.
He has a regular monthly slot on DJ Choons Internet Show (Techno Connection) and is quickly becoming a firm favourite for the station delivering every time a full on high energy set of killer tunes.
Over the past couple of years Cynista’s music tastes have evolved into liking Drum and Bass, Techno and also mixing the Old Skool Rave classics. But his first main genre to mix was Hardcore based Trance called “Freeform”.
Cynista has been writing and producing music for about 20 years and his passion has always been geared to anything high energy, fast and heavy. So Freeform Hardcore was his music choice to produce professionally and to DJ.
Cynista was lucky enough to work the with the Legendary Sharkey and also Kevin Energy and K-Complex on releasing tracks through “Nu Energy”. One of his tracks “Chemical Warfare” also made it onto the “Bonkers 8” compilation album which was a huge achievement for him and both this and “Mad As Hell” were played all round the UK and Worldwide and also made it onto other album compilations.
After a break due to family and other commitments Cynista is now back writing and producing with tracks being played recently on BBC Introducing Shropshire. As the saying goes……the best is yet to come…..
“Hardcore will never die!!” a well renowned quote and a statement that is etched into the minds of the Rave Generation. Be it now or in the past!!
Cynista is well knowledged and experienced in the Rave scene from attending parties up and down the country. After finishing University in 1997 he discovered a lot of his friends had become Ravers attending the infamous “Club Kinetic” and other clubs on a weekly basis. Cynista was invited to attend his first Rave and from this point on his future was set. Cynista asked his friend if he could MC for him and he said yes so Cynista’s MC’ing career began and after perfecting his lyrics and skills he then progressed onto performing at Raves all over the country.
Musical influences have been in different forms ranging from “The Prodigy”, “Pendulum” and other artists from such labels as “Nu Energy”, “Stompin Choonz” and “Bonkers”. He is also a huge fan of the “Andy C”, “The Protoypes”, “Delta Heavy” and “Koven” and also record labels such as “RAM Records”, “Hospital Records” and “Viper Recordings”.
Mark was a 14 year old kid when the rave scene boomed. A little bit too young to go out, but old enough to be hooked. He started buying records almost immediately and naturally turntables and mixing followed. After a couple of years he was pretty much a regular at Maximes in Wigan where the old skool scene as it is now took him over. Throughout the 90s, Italian piano anthems, early drum and bass, darkside, amen breaks and techno all formed my musical taste. He often says its bipolar - its either happy and uplifting or dark and sinister
After starting to take music and DJing more seriously around 2017, Mark started playing old skool gigs across the North West area. Playing at The Secret, Rejuvenation, Indian Summer Festival and various times for Free2Dance amongst others. Now concentrating more on new and upfront techno with a harder, darker edge. Mark hosts a regular show on HouseMasters Radio called The Prime Techno Show and also does regular events for the Italian label, Beenoise Records
Loads of inspirations and no matter who Mark lists here he will have missed someone! From Dream Frequency, to Love Decade, to Mix Factory and Mark XTC, to Frank de Wulf, to Mark Archer and Altern-8 and so on. From labels like Formation Records, DiscoMagic, Reinforced Records, Moving Shadow, Suburban Base, ZYX Records, Absolute 2 Records, Basement Records, Champion, Dead Dead Good.....and so so many more.
New influences on the techno scene coming in from the likes of Jay Lumen, Keah, Sisko Electrofanatik, Abe Van Dam, Bad Panda, A*S*Y*S, Heerhorst, Dok & Martin, Pablo Caballero and many more.
The Baker has been DJing for around 25 years on and off since he got his first set of turntables at 15. Now his children have grown up The baker is pushing himself back out there again after securing himself a residency for Techno Pulse Radio its given him the push he needed in the right direction to get The Baker back out again - doin what he loves.
The baker - being a 90s raver through and through his music taste has a wide spectrum from house to drum n bass to hard trance and all in-between. His biggest love though is to the raw hard beats of hard techno which is his biggest passion, he just loves music so if it bangs it bangs and thats that .....
From back in the day the sounds of DJ Fergus got The Baker into the rave scene and the music but he was also influenced by many other artist and music from the jungle sounds of Randall to the hard trance sounds off Mzone and Mark. The list is to long for The Baker to list but he has always had a love for the harder darker sides of the music spectrum .....
