Aluna is from Bournemouth - she has been playing for just over a year. Music has always been around Aluna since she was a child - playing numerous instruments, but never finding her 'thing' until she came across a set of decks.
Loving the darker side of DnB - also mixing at 140 - Aluna has always been a huge fan of Skream and this pushed her towards dubstep. She loves the vibe of 140 and the atmospheric feeling it can give.
Aluna first got into DnB when she was 13 years old. She tried giving miixing a go at the age of 14 but didnt carry on with it as her confidence needed to grow. In August 2019, Aluna went to Boomtown and saw many artists which pushed her to pursue her love of music and DJing. S.W.I.D is Aluna's biggest inspiration and has helped Aluna in lots of ways - giving her the confidence to continue her dreams.
Bloc2Bloc and Kaz have also been a huge inspiration - Aluna is an up and comer to be watched!

Delinquents parents met raving and loved jungle drum and bass meaning she grew up listening to it. When Delinquent was 14, her mum passed away, this really made her look back at what her mum loved and drum and bass was one of those things. After her first rave at age 16, she fell totally in love with the scene, saving up all her weekend wage to invest in some decks and start using music as a healthy escape. Delinquent had been doing livestreams, uploading mixes and marketing her brand, and in 2019 was approached by a promotor for her first set. Lizzie is from croydon, south London. Lizzie has always had a passion for music and events, her work is predominantly in the events industry. She always knew she wanted to go into the festival scene for work as when she completed her degree in costume design she said she will now start applying for costume work for festivals. Lizzie has always had a passion for drum and bass from the age of 17 when her dad showed her the “Ganja kru” Fu*k The Millennium “I was so amazed this music my dad was playing, the upbeat tempo and the drum breaks triggered a fascination with me”
Her love for drum and bass grew as she attended all the raves in London her favourite nights were in fabric or print works and boomtown being the best festival. Lizzie never believed she would be good enough to DJ as she thought her dyspraxia would get in the way until Covid hit in 2019 and lizzie lost all work as the events industry, She used her time to learn what she had always wanted to, she started to produce music and become fascinated with the use of sampling and creating a bass-line.
Lizzie in 2019 then released an EP “Neurology” with tells a story with a mixture of genre and techniques using synths such as Serum, Massive and Logics own ES2 while sticking to her roots with old school drum breaks. Then in 2019 she released Planet Jungle with a nod to Attenborough with his face on the EP, this one tried to keep it even more old school and even had a 140 track showing respect to her Dub roots and showing that she can branch out to entirely different genres.
Lizzie comes from a background of fine art and from studying art and design at the brit school she prides herself in having a fun and unique art piece on her album covers. Lizzie was then contacted by Just Be label to release a track with them “EGGYWEGGS” which was essentially the breakthrough for her, she then was reached out by labels to do live streams and through hard practice her dyspraxia did not stop her and she managed to learn how to dj on cdj within a month and a half she was performing on streams with her CDs. t genres.
I asked Miss Lisa- why this name - ‘The name came from outlook festival, the owner of the apartment was annoyed at me and left a note addressing me be the name of Miss Lisa (disabled) at the time I had a broken leg and had a boot on, so for the rest of the holiday my friends were all calling miss Lisa, so when it came to producing my own music I choose that as my name so that all my friends knew it was my music and then it just stuck”
Lizzie loves to DJ rollers, jungle, dark raga and jump up 170 BPM, This is represented in her music by creating a range of jump up tracks to heavy rollers.
Logan D as a producer is a big inspiration to lizzie and it shows in her productions. Logan D has grown up with his fans and his music has changed over the years by combining classic jump up with the new wave of Bou style tracks with are dominating the scene. Another big influence for her is Goldie for his ability to combine soulful music into a drum and bass track. Chase and status have always been a favourite for lizzie to see live for the atmosphere and the amazing songs. All these artists and many more have been the huge influences to lizzie’s style.
